The warehouse is actually owned by Phyllis' husband, Bob Vance, of Vance Refrigeration. Daryl and Roy are the primary characters in the warehouse, although Sea Monster (nicknamed for his obese size) factors in occasionally (usually to yell at Michael).

Daryl Philbin is unmarried, but has a daughter, and is the foreman of the warehouse. He usually tries to keep his temper when Michael is around, and actually does an admirable job. Michael once kicked out a ladder upon which Daryl was standing, and yelled, "Hey Daryl, how's it hanging?!" Of course, Daryl got hurt, and as he says, "we've never gone a whole year" without an accident... mainly due to Michael.

Daryl dated Kelly briefly, but was more than happy when she broke up with him, realizing she was a diva and way more trouble than she was worth. One of his favorite pasttimes is taking advantage of Michael's ignorance of African American culture; he usually likes to teach him code phrases like, "Dinkin Flikca" and "Bippity Boppity, gimme the Zoppity". Not sure what that means, but, as Daryl says, "I just can't help myself." The one time that Michael asked Daryl about advice for what to do after being "dissed", Daryl claimed to have membership in the Bloods, Crips, and the Newsies. He then said that tickling someone who has offended you would be the best way of bringing a resolution to dispute, as the laughter generated would make you forget what the aggravating incident was in the first place.

Roy Anderson was engaged to Pam for 3 years; however, she broke off the wedding, which led to his drunk driving arrest and the realization that he needed to stop taking her for granted. Roy has always realized that Jim and Pam were close, but was completely obtuse to the fact that they were in love with each other for years. Of course, Roy's jealousy of Pam made him very aggressive towards Jim, especially in the "Office" vs. "Warehouse" basketball game. When Pam finally told Roy that Jim had kissed her, he trashed a bar with his loser of a brother, Kenny, and then attacked Jim at his workplace (Dwight heavily pepper sprayed Roy just as he was about to hit Jim, thereby saving him). Roy was fired, but made a subsequent appearance at Poor Richards, the pub he first trashed, and almost convinced Jim to spy on Pam in New York. However, Jim wasn't as distrustful as Roy of Pam going to school so far away, and elected not to.
