Phyllis Vance recently got married to Bob Vance of Vance Refrigeration. She is the same age as Michael, but because of her
matronly looks, he constantly 
thinks she is older... when Phyllis said she was getting married, Michael said, "That's wonderful, and frankly,
kind of amazing." Once, when a man exposed himself to Phyllis in the parking lot, Michael laughed and said, "Did he even see Pam? Really!?"
Phyllis likes to wear "stinky perfume" that drove Karen crazy, and that did lead to some tension early on between them, but they later bonded over a sales call.
Phyllis got 6 weeks of vacation for her honeymoon by having Michael in her wedding party; however, it was a disaster, as Michael was a complete
idiot in everything he did, including interrupting the priest 
and then trying to have him annul the wedding on the basis that Phyllis kicked
him out of the reception for being an intrusive jerk.
At last glance, Phyllis tried to get Dwight fired when he forced her to run 5 miles by abandoning her in the middle of nowhere when the branches were having a weight loss contest. Aside from that incident, she is still happily married to Bob, with their differences in religion keeping the marriage "spicy" (okaaayyy).
