To feel helpless is one of the most frustrating emotions. Usually when obstacles arise, it is possible to do something to get yourself through it. When you are completely helpless you must achieve the power of acceptance. In television and movies, usually when a character has accepted that they are completely stuck, help pops out from somewhere unexpected. So, are we ever truly helpless? If we at least have hope that somehow everything will work out does it make a difference? In almost ever situation there is some other route that you can take. Think it through and you might realize that you are far from being helpless.
